RAI Realty Corporation (“RAI Realty”) is a Tokyo-based real-estate operating company. The company acquires, renovates, and manages value-add multifamily residential properties and small-bay logistics/warehouse spaces for students, young professionals, and small–medium enterprises (SMEs) operating in the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.

RAI Realty was established in 2025 to address two growing needs in Tokyo:

  • Urban demand for compact, well-managed rental housing, and
  • Rising logistics requirements driven by e-commerce growth and SME supply-chain expansion.

The company intends to build a stable portfolio of rental income properties through disciplined acquisition, selective upgrades, and data-driven operations.
